Meet Connie Francis, LMHC-QS
Hi I'm Connie. So glad you're here!
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals from all walks of life on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
My path as a mental health clinician began in Florida, where I worked in dual diagnosis addiction and mental health treatment, as well as eating disorder recovery. These formative experiences deepened my respect for the complexity of the human experience and the resilience people bring to the process of change.
Over the years, I’ve served in a variety of roles, including Clinical Director, Program Director, Clinical Mental Health Qualified Supervisor, and Clinical Psychotherapist. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups across multiple levels of care from residential and partial hospitalization to intensive outpatient, community mental health, and private practice. Each setting, each story, and each person has shaped the way I practice today.
Before entering the clinical world, I worked in corporate America at a Fortune 500 company, an experience that gave me firsthand insight into the high-pressure environments many of my clients navigate every day.
I’m especially passionate about helping high-achieving women reconnect with their inner strength, break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome, and feel more grounded, empowered, and joyful in their lives.
A modern approach
I offer a warm, collaborative, and practical space where we work in partnership to understand the patterns that have supported your functioning and success, while thoughtfully reshaping those that no longer support your well-being. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about partnering to cultivate insight, flexibility, and sustainable change.
My approach is integrative and individualized. Based on your goals and what you’re navigating, we draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Schema therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, reality therapy, and positive psychology
Mindfulness-based practices and nervous system regulation tools
EMDR
Relational and attachment-focused approaches
Self-compassion and strengths-based frameworks
Somatic and trauma-informed practices
I also bring warmth, authenticity, humor, and a sense of realness into our work together. Therapy doesn’t have to feel rigid or overly clinical. It can be honest, human, and sometimes even lighthearted, while remaining deeply intentional and effective.
